If a credit card is not put on file, a 50% deposit will be required to schedule an appointment. Please call the salon to make the payment and be scheduled. We require 24 hours notice of cancellation for all waxing and tinting services and 48 hours for facials and lash lifts. NO EXCEPTIONS. Late cancellations 50% of the service. No Shows will be charged 100% of the service. NO EXCEPTIONS. My website sends several reminders of your appointment with instructions on how to cancel to avoid fees. Emergencies happen, all clients are granted 1 free late cancellation after that, all late cancels will be automatically charged 50% of the appointment total. Any repeat offenders of this policy will be required to pay 50% deposit. If the credit card information is changed or invalid in attempts to avoid deposit and/or fee payments, you will be permanently banded from online booking services.
